Andrei Varban

Andrei’s property journey began in 2014, developing sustainable homes at Electric Corby including the pioneering Zero Energy Bills Homes where Passive House principles were combined with early smart‑home technology. This experience shaped his analytical, strategic approach to property and sustainability.

Over the past decade, Andrei has personally assessed 300+ properties across Reading, building
detailed knowledge of local micro-markets, tenant demand and property layouts. Alongside his
full‑time corporate career at Vodafone, Shell and Baker Hughes, he has developed a portfolio of
HMOs and Serviced Accommodation properties using a structured BRRR approach.

His strength lies in identifying opportunities within a property and developing the strategy
needed to enhance its potential. He brings a project-led, data-driven mindset to property
investment, design and development.
